D&D Insurance in association with the American Red Cross delivers a modified training to meet OSHA requirements for the workplace\, valid for two years. \n  \n*This is a 2.5-3 hour instructional and hands-on training. Newly promoted or hired supervisors must complete this training within six months of stepping into their role. \nThis comprehensive two-hour course is designed to meet and exceed state requirements under AB 1825\, AB 2053\, SB 396\, and SB 1343. Through real-world examples and practical guidance\, California managers will learn how to recognize\, prevent\, and respond to unwelcome or harassing behavior in the workplace. Participants will also gain a clear understanding of their responsibilities\, reporting expectations\, and the proactive measures they can take to foster a respectful and compliant work environment. \nWe are proud to partner with Boretti\, Inc.\, whose experienced instructors will join us in delivering this specialized training.
