DESCRIPTION:DiBuduo & DeFendis Insurance Brokers is partnering with State Compensation Insurance Fund to bring you this 8-hour course that meets the requirements established by the revised 2018 Worker Protection Standard\, which is mandated by the US Environmental Protection Agency and the California Department of Pesticide Regulation. \nParticipants who successfully complete the program will qualify to train field workers and pesticide handlers under these regulations\, 40 CFR Part 170 and DPR Title 3 6724 and 6764. \nWe will cover: \n\nPesticide exposure\nSigns and symptoms of illness\nEmergency medical care\nProper use of personal protective equipment\nSafe handling and transportation of pesticides\nLaws and regulations regarding labels and safety data sheets\n\n  \n*All classes are subject to change and/or cancellation dependent on registration. \n*Early arrival is suggested; late arrival may result in being turned away. All information in the training is vital and required for certification. \n*Please add at least one ticket before registering for the class.
