California Sexual Harassment, Discrimination & Abusive Conduct Prevention Training for Managers/Supervisors (Client Only)

California law requires employers with five or more employees provide at least two hours of effective, interactive training on sexual harassment prevention to all supervisory staff every two years. Newly promoted or hired supervisors must complete this training within six months of stepping into their role.

This comprehensive two-hour course is designed to meet and exceed state requirements under AB 1825, AB 2053, SB 396, and SB 1343. Through real-world examples and practical guidance, California managers will learn how to recognize, prevent, and respond to unwelcome or harassing behavior in the workplace. Participants will also gain a clear understanding of their responsibilities, reporting expectations, and the proactive measures they can take to foster a respectful and compliant work environment.
