Doug Dinjian
Working in insurance for over four decades, Doug serves D&D as a Commercial Insurance Broker – CIC/CWCA. He specializes in all lines of mid to large commercial accounts and is a Certified Insurance Broker (CIC) and Certified Worker’s Compensation Advisor (CWCA). Doug graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelor’s in Business Finance.

Jim Ehlers
Jim has been an insurance agent and broker since 1980. He works with clients of all types, including commercial, farming, manufacturing, contracting, property, liability, auto, umbrella, workers’ compensation, employment practices, employee dishonesty, bonding, employee benefits (HR Services), group health, life, dental/vision, personal, home, auto, RV, boat, rental property and crop insurance. His grandfather, Herman Ehlers, was one of Lodi’s finest farmers and first winemakers at Eastside Winery beginning in the 1930s.

Tanner Johnson
Tanner Johnson joins the DiBuduo & DeFendis team as a Commercial Insurance Broker. He has been in the insurance industry for 5 years and resides in the Lodi office. With his experience, he specializes in Agriculture and Commercial Real Estate.

Steve J. Reeves
Steve works for D&D as a producer and has been in the business for over four decades. He is a generalist, writing all kinds of commercial insurance for manufacturers, contractors, non-profits and property owners. He also has a background in contract surety and understanding financial statements. He has earned the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) professional designations.

Robert Richardson
Robert graduated from the University of the Pacific in 2011. Before the insurance industry, he had experience working for various size companies, from a Fortune 500 company to a family-owned small business. In 2016, he made the move to the insurance industry. With his years of industry experience and vast knowledge, Robert Richardson is dedicated to helping businesses of all sizes protect their assets and mitigate risk. Specializing in commercial insurance, Robert offers customized coverage solutions to meet the unique needs of each client, from small startups to large enterprises. He has worked with clients with multiple locations in various states and others with over 500 employees. Robert Richardson works closely with clients to assess potential risks and provide tailored policies that ensure business continuity, including coverage for workers’ compensation, health insurance, general liability, property damage, auto liability, and more. Known for his attention to detail and commitment to customer service, Robert is passionate about offering peace of mind and financial protection for businesses.
