California Sexual Harassment, Discrimination & Abusive Conduct Prevention Training for Managers/Supervisors (Client Only)

California law requires employers with 5+ employees to provide at least two hours of classroom or other effective interactive training and education regarding sexual harassment to all supervisory employees at least once every two years, and new supervisory employees must receive the required training within six months of assuming the supervisory position. This two-hour training is designed to meet these requirements, including coverage of the content guidelines as outlined in AB1825, AB2053, SB396, and SB1343.
California managers will review their responsibilities for preventing unwelcome and harassing behavior from occurring in their workplace and will receive guidance about the appropriate responses and measures to take if such behavior does occur.
*Please note, this training is meant only for supervisors and managers and may contain realistic content regarding sexual harassment, which some attendees may find difficult and/or offensive. If you are unable/unwilling to complete the training due to its content, please speak with your employer about other training options.
*Early arrival is suggested; late arrival may result in being turned away. All information in the training is vital and required for certification.
*All classes are subject to change and/or cancellation dependent on registration.
