Stuart has been in the insurance business for 23 years. He was born and raised in Bakersfield and graduated from Bakersfield College with a degree in business administration. He specializes in all types of commercial business. He has conducted self-insurance seminars with former insurance commissioner Roxanne Gillespie, specializing in self-insured programs for captive agents with industrial indemnity.
