DiBuduo and Leonard T. DeFendis turned a lifelong friendship into a highly successful and respected business. Today, DiBuduo & DeFendis is one of the largest independent insurance agencies in California with offices in Clovis, Fresno, Bakersfield, Dinuba, Hollister, Lodi, Modesto, Oxnard, San Luis Obispo, Santa Monica, and Taft. Our Tradition Of Commitment
In more than 60 years of service to California, there has been one overriding focus for this company: a commitment to family and family-values. Our dad, Leonard DeFendis, taught us to treat customers and employees like family. It was the way he and his partner, Anthony DiBuduo, ran “D&D” for decades. We grew up watching how clients and employees responded to that core value, how it was real and everlasting. It helped grow this company from its small beginnings in 1960 to one of California’s largest independent insurance agencies and why many of our staff members have 30 plus years of service with us.
As the second generation, we’ve been at the helm for the past several years.
